I ordered this phone because I've had several others that just didn't work. We have three people using the phone. One elder senior (and not tech crazy at all), and two others. We just love that this phone never loses a call or gets interference from the walls throughout our home. We love the design. It's is easy to dial because it has nice sized numbers and they can be seen easily because it is not black on black (which always is hard to see). Even my 86-year old mom can use it with no problems. It has great features too that we love. The directory feature is helpful and easy to use. My husband is a speaker phone lover and this feature works great too. The phone is sleekly designed with nice black and silver colors. We are very pleased with the phone and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We had this phone before. Then it was flushed by my 18 month old. I have looked for the same phone for a while and was unable to find one at a reasonable price. This was affordable and works just like our old one.

As the previous reviewers have stated, this is a great phone, works great, easy set up, sounds great, and yes the handsets are lightweight. My problem is my husband had bug repellent on him two different times when he used different handsets, and as a result the product smeared the plastic on the handsets, clouding up the windows. I will have to buy 2 more handsets, and relegate the damaged ones to the basement and garage.
